Champions Summer Camp is designed specifically for players born in 2008 through 2010 who are looking to improve their entire game. Our experienced coaches will guide students through a series of drills and exercises focused on technical skills, soccer-specific fitness, mental toughness, and tactical awareness.

Each day, students will have the opportunity to work on improving their skills and understanding of the game. And through the refinement of their skills and small-sided games that focus on tactical sense, students will leave the camp feeling confident and prepared for success on the field.

Monday:

• Technical Skills - Juggling, Dribbling, Foot Skills
• Soccer-Specific Fitness - Footwork
• Mental Toughness Class - The 5 Pillars of A Champion
• Micro Soccer - 2v2 Games

Tuesday:

• Technical Skills - Turns, 1v1
• Soccer-Specific Fitness - Agility
• Mental Toughness Class - Characteristics of a Champion
• Micro Soccer - 3v3 Games

Wednesday:

• Technical Skills (Distribution)
• Soccer-Specific Fitness - Explosiveness
• Tactical Awareness Class - (Principals of each playing position)
•  Micro Games - 4v4 Games

Thursday:

• Technical Skills - Shooting
• Soccer-Specific Fitness - Core Strength
• Tactical Awareness Class - Study of Playing Formations
• Micro Games - 5v5 Games
