- Non-Aerobic Power: This aspect of the Physical Power Program focuses on improving the explosive strength and power of soccer players. This includes exercises such as plyometrics and speed and agility drills.
- Aerobic Power: This aspect of the program aims to improve the cardiovascular endurance and stamina of soccer players. This includes activities such as interval training, endurance runs, and circuit training.
- Leg Power: This aspect of the program focuses on building strength and power in the legs, which is crucial for soccer players to sprint and jump with force. This includes exercises such as squats, lunges, and leg presses.
