Throughout his career, James has worked with a wide range of players and teams, including National Teams Players, World Cup Champions, and Olympic Gold Medalists. He has a proven track record of success and is widely recognized as a leader in the world of soccer. His extensive experience and knowledge make him a valuable resource for players, coaches, clubs, and associations. 

As the president and director of soccer operations, James is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program and ensuring that players have the resources and support they need to succeed. He works closely with coaches and players to develop curriculum's and training programs that help them improve and reach their goals. 

James has held various positions throughout his career, including national training center director at US Soccer, head coach of the Atlanta Beat, technical director of the prestigious Medford Strikers Soccer Club, and Director of Technical Development for the state association, New Jersey Youth Soccer.

Position: Youth Development Specialist

Astin Galanis
Position: Player Development Specialist
Experience: Astin grew up attending Universal Soccer Academy from the age of six, progressing through every level of the academy’s programs. His dedication and development as a youth player helped him forge a standout playing career in the U.S., which ultimately led to a professional opportunity in Spain. Astin continues his playing career with the Medford Strikers APSL team while dedicating himself to shaping the next generation of Universal Soccer Academy students.
