Universal carefully evaluates the student and then develops a specific program to improve the player’s weaknesess and enhance his/her strengths. Training individually will help you become more comfortable with the ball, build physical power, become more confident.
The goal of Individual Training is to design a program that transforms you into an effective soccer player. This program will improve your basic skills and then develop your advanced skills.
