Free Kick Camp with Australian Soccer Star(Watch Video)   Universal Soccer Academy will be conducting its first “Free Kick/Dead Ball” specialty Camp. This camp will focus on striking the ball from dead ball situations and scoring from free kicks. This camp is only for serious players and will enhance all players ball striking abilities.   The goal of this Camp is to help players become comfortable with striking the ball with bend and teach students to serve effective balls into attacking areas. Students will also learn how to score from free kicks from dangerous positions outside the box.

This Camp will be conducted by former Australian Soccer Star Con Boutsianis. Below is a brief biography on Con. Be sure to visit his website and watch his highlight video to fully view the magnitude of player he was.   Con has an incredible playing history that allowed him to play at the highest level in Australia for over 20 years. Con also played for Bolton Wanderers of the English Premier League and represented Australia at the full level. Con’s specialty was scoring from Free Kick situations and was definitely the most deadly Free Kick taker that  Australia has ever produced.   Con is now retired and has gone on to become one of the most outstanding teachers of Dead Balls (free kicks) in Australia. He currently runs and operates www.footballfirst.com.au and is flying in to work with Carli Lloyd again to help her continue to improve in all her dead ball skills.    Con’s Playing History   285 National League appearances 109 goals Socceroo honours: 4 appearances (4 goals) Member of World Cup Squad for Japan/Korea (2002) National Championships: 2 Youth Championship: 1
