Photo/Video Policy:

• No photos or videos of the training sessions are permitted per the registration agreement.
• We reserve the right to dismiss a student from any camp if a parent violates this policy.

 

General:

• Please drive 15 MPH in all parking areas and watch for children 
• Students are to arrive 20 mins early the first day to check in and receive a training shirt.
• Students should arrive 5 mins early and be prepared for training the remaining camp days.
• Please check your emails and our SCHEDULES for any updates before leaving for the fields.

 

Field Protocol:

• Only coaches and students are permitted on the training field. There will be a viewing area for parents/siblings. You may bring lawn chairs. 

 

What to Bring:

• Universal T-Shirt - Students will be given a Universal T-Shirt on the first day of camp and are expected to wear their T-Shirts each day of the camp. 
• Comfortable soccer attire appropriate for the weather conditions.
• Cleats
• Shin Guards – Students will not be permitted to play without shin guards.
• Water – Students should come to the field hydrated and bring plenty of water.
• Light, healthy snacks.
• Sunscreen is recommended.

 

Inclement Weather:

• We do train in light rain. We ask the parents to stay close to the fields during inclement weather in the event we need to end the session early.
• If we need to cancel a session completely due to inclement weather, we will notify you via email at least one hour before the start of training. We will also post the cancellation on our website’s calendar.

 

Refund Policy: 

• Withdrawal - We will refund 75% of the fee if you withdraw before the start of class.  No refunds are given once the camp has commenced.
• Weather Cancellations - We are unable to apply a refund due to weather cancellations. We will add time on to remaining sessions if possible. 

 

Area Shopping:

• There are convenience stores, restaurants, and gas stations conveniently located within just a few miles of each of our training facilities.
