Michelle Verzi: On a Mission Michelle Verzi has been a Universal Soccer Academy Student since the age of 11. Michelle a valuable student to the academy is very passionate about soccer and is respected for her never say die attitude. Her desire to continue learning as a yougstar has seen her go on to become a very effective and valuable soccer player. Michelle played for New Jersey ODP form 1998 to 2003.  Michelle established herself as one of the brightest youth players in New Jersey and was invited to multiple regional camps. After a successful youth career Michelle went on to play College soccer at La Salle University in Philadelphia were she helped the Explorers reach record breaking seasons. Her on the field versatility, and her off the field leadership proved priceless to the team. While in college Michelle was always able to continue to come home and train at the Universal Soccer Academy. Her goal was to play at the highest level possible. In 2007 she was selected to play for W-League outfit the New Jersey Wildcats. Thus far she has enjoyed 2 stellar seasons with the Wildcats.   Michelle plans to go on and continue to play in the W-League and is also exploring opportunities abroad. We are all very proud of Michelle’s career thus far. She has achieved her goals through hard work and dedication. Universal Soccer Academy continues to provide Michelle with the training needed to continue to play at the highest level.
